Common Questions Before You Book
Can pickup happen at a different address than delivery?
Yes. We deliver to your current address and pick up from wherever you’re moving — another borough, a different NJ city, or a storage unit. All within our service area, one rate.
My building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Is that a problem?
Not at all. We accommodate COI requests regularly. Mention it when booking so we can coordinate with your building management in advance.
Is EazyCrate priced the same in NJ as in NYC?
Yes. There is no cross-river surcharge for Hoboken or Jersey City. Packages start at $119/week with free delivery and pickup always included.
How quickly can I get bins delivered?
Most deliveries can be scheduled within 24–48 hours of booking. For moves on tight timelines, book as early as possible to secure your preferred date and window.
