How quickly do you respond to messages?
We reply to most inquiries within a few hours during business hours. If you have an urgent or same-week move, mention that in your message and we’ll prioritize your response. For time-sensitive bookings, you can also go straight to our booking page.
What’s the earliest I can schedule a delivery?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for deliveries. For same-week or same-day requests, reach out directly and we’ll do our best based on availability. We recommend booking a few days ahead when you can to get your preferred delivery window (AM or PM).
I’m not sure which package I need — can you help?
Yes — that’s one of the most common things people ask about. A quick rule of thumb: Studio (15 bins), 1-Bedroom (25 bins), 2-Bedroom (35 bins), 3-Bedroom+ (50 bins). If you’re between sizes or have unusually large furniture, mention it in your message and we’ll make sure you’re not under-packed. You can also see our full pricing page for more detail.
Can I change my delivery or pickup date after booking?
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for schedule changes. If your move date shifts, reach out as soon as you know and we’ll update your booking. We understand that NYC moves rarely go exactly as planned.
