At Eazycrate, the policy for unused crates generally does not include reimbursement. Once you order and pay for a set number of crates, the fee covers the rental for the entire package, not individual crate usage. Therefore, if you do not use some of the crates, a refund for those unused crates is typically not available. This policy ensures that customers have enough crates for their move, even if they end up not needing all of them. Eazycrate promotes environmental sustainability by offering reusable plastic crates as an eco-friendly alternative to single-use cardboard boxes. These durable crates can be used multiple times, reducing waste and the need for disposable packing materials. At the end of their lifespan, they can often be recycled. Eazycrate's approach also includes optimizing logistics to minimize carbon emissions associated with transportation. If you find that you require more crates during your rental period, we at Eazycrate can easily accommodate this request. Simply get in touch with us, and let us know how many additional crates you need. We will then arrange for these extra crates to be delivered to you. Please be aware that this might lead to an adjustment in your rental charges, reflecting the additional crates and any potential extension in the rental period. Rest assured, we will provide all the details and update your rental agreement accordingly to incorporate these changes.

Upon delivery, we at Eazycrate will leave the crates at a location of your choosing. It's important to specify a convenient and accessible spot for you when arranging the delivery. This could be your front door, garage, or any other area that's easy for our delivery team to access and safe for the crates.  In case of stairs delivery, additional fees apply
